Introducing LegalShield’s New Enhanced Mobile App

With the new enhanced LegalShield mobile app, plan participants will be able to schedule a legal consultation with a LegalShield Provider Lawyer for a specific date and time that works best with their schedule. Participants will also be able to send specific information related to their legal matter to their LegalShield Provider Lawyer ahead of their scheduled call.

These latest enhancements are now combined with popular existing features like the ability to upload traffic tickets and other legal documents for review and 24/7 emergency access to Provider Lawyers for covered issues.

“Our extensively upgraded mobile app is based on feedback from thousands of our members and LegalShield partner law firms – we asked what we could do better, listened intently, and responded with enhancements designed to delight users,” said Arnold Blinn, LegalShield CTO.”

Outpatient Facilities Now Top Targets for Healthcare Data Breaches

Hackers are changing their strategy. During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, cyber criminals targeted hospitals when they were most vulnerable.

In the first half of 2021 however, cyber criminals seem to be focused on outpatient facilities and business associates, such as Third-party administrators that assist a health plan with claims processing.

LegalShield’s identity theft protection plan, IDShield, provides direct access to dedicated Licensed Private Investigators in the event of identity theft. For more information on IDShield, contact Cheryl today!

Estate Planning, Protect and Empower Your Loved Ones

Part of our responsibility to our family is preparing for our passing and making sure that the legal aspects of our affairs are as organized and manageable as possible. Shockingly, over 50% of working Americans do not have a Will and unfortunately, 35% of Americans say they have had some sort of family conflict due to a loved one dying without a Will.

LegalShield’s legal protection plan includes Will preparation as part of its many benefits. With LegalShield, preparation of estate planning documents such as a Will and health care directive are covered in full. It is also a simple and quick process. LegalShield Provider Lawyers, once all information is received, return a participant’s Will within 5 business days or less.

Please contact Cheryl today to learn more about LegalShield and how to get your Will prepared or updated.
